Our professional paint sprayers come as two different sets. The first comes in durable transport packaging with the HVLP turbine of your choice, with a PN 1 A or PN 2 A paint spray gun, a 6 m air hose, a dipper measuring cup, a carrying strap (only with ABAC SG 90) and a replacement intake filter. The second is a system set which comes in either plastic transport packaging suitable for construction sites or in a durable wooden transport case. It also includes a special ABAC PN 5 spray gun and other useful system accessories, such as jointed and angled connectors for overhead work, a 200-mm extension pipe or an optional 300-mm-long attachment pipe for radiators, and a paint spray gun stand.

A technology with many benefits.
Compared to high-pressure sprayers, Geheit HVLP (high volume low pressure) paint sprayers do not compress the air as heavily; the air is sucked in and conveyed by a blade wheel turbine. This generates an even cone-shaped air current at the air cap of the spray gun that gently separates the flow of material and atomizes it into ultra-fine particles, rather than blasting the material out of the cap at high pressure. An air gap forms between the sprayer gun and the object being painted; this air gap prevents atomized particles from spreading. As a result, overspray is minimal, and the paint sprayer produces a precise, even coat. The air current is warm, which significantly improves the adhesion and concentration of material particles in the coating; drying time also decreases as a result.
Low overspray decreases material usage by up to 70%. It also means that you can spend less time covering your surroundings before painting, and it requires less clean-up afterwards. Additionally, less solvent is released into the air, significantly reducing the health hazards of spray painting.
Continuous regulation of the air flow volume also helps you achieve ideal results on nearly all sprayable materials and creates distinctive textures on sprayed surfaces.
